I wanted to reach out and let you know about my recent experience with your class. I feel that sometimes in life, we as people, say or do things not knowing who we are speaking to or that our words directly impact someone, their life and situation. I have been in a bad place for a while and have recently come out of a bad, abusive relationship, where everyday I lived unhappy...I took your class as a means to better mine and my one year old son's future. and in hopes of making a better life. I had no idea that it would change my perspective on the way I felt towards my days and toward myself. Seeing the way you interact with the people you love and how much you truly love life and enjoy their company and how truly blessed you are to have each other. You completely opened my eyes that I have exactly what you do I was just blinded by negativity. I wanted you to understand that not only did you give me help in training, you showed me and saved me from returning to a miserable life, for that I am truly grateful. I am sorry to set off my life story to you and if I sound a bit cheesy being that I was only around you briefly but I wanted you to know what a difference you made to me.
